The mechanisms of the integrated coastal zone management plan begin on the ground in Cairo

A workshop was held in Cairo that included officials of the central administrations of the coastal zones, within the framework of implementing the second component of the activities of the project - Enhancing Adaptation to Climate Change in the Northern Coast and the Nile Delta - which is the development of an integrated management plan for coastal zones that takes into account the various development activities in the region and paves the way for achieving sustainable development on all fronts. Along the Mediterranean Sea, it also relies on the latest scientific knowledge, modeling tools and accurate data to enable decision makers to take the right decision at the right time.
